Rochelle Perry
Founder
Rochelle Perry is an award-winning producer, storyteller, and the founder of Heart to Art Productions. With more than 20 years of experience in animation production, she has built a career bringing stories to life from concept to screen while leading creative teams through every stage of production.
Beyond animation, Rochelle has a passion for live theatre and immersive storytelling. Her work has included writing and developing plays with organizations such as East West Players, Theatre of NOTE, FirstStage, and the Eclectic Company Theatre. These experiences deepened her belief in the transformative power of shared storytelling.
As the entertainment industry faced unprecedented change through studio mergers, the rise of AI, and widespread layoffs, Rochelle watched many talented friends and colleagues lose opportunities to do the work they loved. Rather than waiting for the next job, she chose to create one. Determined to take her career into her own hands, she founded Heart to Art Productions, a company where production expertise, creative storytelling, and community come together.
Today, Rochelle is on a mission to create immersive experiences and original productions that do more than entertain. Through Heart to Art Productions, she is building a creative home where artists can collaborate, audiences become part of the story, and imagination has the power to connect people of all ages.
